OPI Outrageous Neons mini collection

Hey dolls,

Another lot from the sally's haul.

Neon Collection - £9.59

L-R:
White base
Ridiculously Yellow- So yellow, its beyond understanding.
Formidably Orange - Brace yourself for this powerful orange.
Riotously Pink - This pink has been known to create a scene.
Seriously Purple - I really mean it...its really purple!
Top Coat

I took one with the flash because the one I took in natural light was blurry :(

I never would've thought to use a white base nail polish to bring out the colour of a bright shadow. I don't know why I never thought about it cos you use a base to show up brighter eyeshadow...duh lol.

The brightness of these colours is NOT coming up in the photo. They are so neon and bright its not even funny.

OPI New York City Ballet Mini collection

Hey dolls,

Another addition from my Sally's haul.

 £3.20
This was a friggin steal haha, it started out as £6.40 went down to £4.16 and then when I  took it to the till it was £3.20.

L-R: My Pointe Exactly, Don't Touch My Tutu!, Care to Danse?, Pirouette My Whistle

These nail polishes are so sheer which was a little disappointing. So to try to get the true colour that it looks like in the bottle I had to apply like 3-4 coats which still didn't do much. Obviously if you're a subtle person these will be great for you.

As they re so sheer the colour didn't come out that well on camera unfortunately.

Swatches:
(The writing under each name is the description on the box)

My Pointe Exactly
See? This gorgeous sheer gray has been right all along!
Don't Touch My Tutu!
Hands off this wispy white - its all mine!

Care to Danse?
This lilac is up-to-the-minuet in fashion.

Pirouette My Whistle
Drink up! This silver sparkle is just what you need.

This is part of the haul I got at Sally's.Who doesn't love pink and Minnie Mouse? I couldn't resist. My sister also picked this up, we both went hard in Sally's haha. I was a little disappointed that it didn't have the light pink polish with the hearts in it :( but hey ho.

Avon C14

Hey dolls,

Apologies now for the quality of some of the pics, I started off taking them with natural daylight. Time got away from me and then it was dark so I could only use my flash.

NAILS

Mosaic Effect top coat nail polish - £6 each
L-R: Fiery Fuschia, Blue Flash, Gleaming Emerald, Plum Illusion, Red Lava

I've bought these before when they first came out but was not impressed with how they applied. Maybe they changed the formula (don't quote me on that haha) cos these applied great when I used them on my sister.

Avon nailwear pro+ - Licorice - £6
This needs 2 coats to opaque.

I don't think I need to go on about Avon nail polishes. I have bought many and loved them. And I'm glad they've added more colours to the mosaic and nailwear pro+ collection.

Swatches:

No this is not my hand haha its my little sister's hand. Her nails are longer than mine at the moment.
I used Licorice as a base and then applied the mosaic polishes on top.

EYES

Big Colour eye pencil - Burnished Copper and Golden Glamour
£3
And like the polishes I don't need to go on about how much I LOVE the big colour eye pencils. They come in great shades and are very pigmented. Great as eyeshadow, bases or eye liner.

Golden glamour

Burnished copper

SuperSHOCK gel eyeliner pencil - Cobalt
£2

Swatches:

L-R: Golden glamour, burnished copper, cobalt

BAGS

I'm a sucker for these types of bags from Avon and I have ONE TOO MANY. But I HAD to have these 2. I mean who doesn't love Hello Kitty and Antler bags are good quality. These will come in handy as my sister's best friend/adopted family member is getting married and we're staying at a hotel so I'm  for sure using this and may get use out of my other overnight bags that I've blogged about.

Hello Kitty Weekender Bag - £12

Antler Weekender bag - £15
(when you spend £10 or more on selected make up)

Re-purchases:

Strong results- £1.25
Grow Potion x2 - £1.50 each

 True Colour blush - Russett - £1.75

OPI The Amazing Spiderman mini collection + some essentials

Hey dolls,

The other week I went into Sally's when they had a NO VAT day. Those are the best day cos you can get so much for so little. I got quite a "few" items. So keep a look out for those blog posts coming up.

 Spiderman Mini Collection - £6.40

L-R: Into the Night, Number One Nemesis, Just Spotted the Lizard!, Your Web or Mine?

Swatches:
(The writing under each name is the description on the box)
 Into the Night
This perfect midnight blue was made for prowling.

 Number One Nemesis
Show your metal in this sparkling nickel.

 Just Spotted the Lizard!
Be seen in this reptilian yellow-green.

Your Web or Mine?
The perfect pink for sticky situations.
Each nail polish requires 2 coats to be nice and opaque.

I wish I had bought the full size bottles of Into the night, Number one nemesis and Your web or mine cos I really like them. I'm not a fan of Just spotted the lizard. I might have to pop into Sally's and pick them up.

Essentials

I'm really into looking after my nails and wanted to try some new products. Here's what I picked up.

China Glaze Nail strengthener & Growth formula - £5.19
I've started using this as a base before my base coat. I have seen a slight improvement in my nails. I'm gonna keep using this for a while and see how I  get on.

OPI Top Coat and OPI Natural Nail Base Coat - £4.85 each
I've always wanted to try OPI top and base coats but never got round to purchasing them. As everyone knows you need a good base coat to stop staining and a good top coat to make your nail polish last longer. I think that these are gonna become fast favourites of mine.
